Job summary

Kokua Smiles in Honolulu is seeking a dedicated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate treatment plans, present financial options, manage patient interactions, and support the operational efficiency of our practice across four Oʻahu locations.

You’ll greet patients, develop personalized treatment options, coordinate appointments, maintain records, and assist with insurance claims and billing.

Qualifications

• Background in patient service focused on creating positive experiences for patients seeking care.
• Experience as dental treatment coordinator or in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology to communicate treatments clearly.
• Proficiency in office management practices to improve efficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual responsibilities.
