Dental365 is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to enhance the patient experience at our North Kingstown practice. You will warmly greet patients, manage calls, and ensure accurate health records and insurance data while aligning with the provider’s treatment plan.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Office Manager, present financial breakdowns to patients, and support ongoing policy accuracy. A strong emphasis on English communication and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience with treatment planning in a dental setting.
• Tech savvy and proficient with relevant practice management software.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly with concierge care.
• Answer phones promptly and respond to messages.
• Maintain accurate patient health records, insurance details, and procedure coding.
• Collaborate with Office Manager for daily operations.
• Present financial breakdowns to patients per treatment plan.
• Provide support through direct reports and contribute to policy implementation.
