Smile Dental Clinics in Arizona is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to connect with patients, explain and advise on treatment plans, review pretreatment estimates, explain balances, and collect payments. You will assist with financial planning and coordinate scheduling based on planned treatment.

We are a digital, paperless private practice focused on exceptional patient care. Proficiency with Dentrix and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred to support our diverse patient base.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dentrix and dental software workflows.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain insurance options and financing to patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of patient appointments to optimize dentist time and reduce wait times.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients through empathetic support and clear communication.
• Use digital and paperless systems to improve accuracy of patient records and workflow.
• Act as liaison between patients and dental team to align treatment plans.
• Keep up-to-date with dental procedures, insurance policies, and financing options.
• Document all patient records, treatment plans, and financial details accurately.
