Gentle Dental Sehome Village is hiring a Treatment Coordinator for full-time 40 hours per week in Bellingham, WA. You will manage patients from diagnosis through treatment acceptance and clearly communicate financial options tied to proposed care.

The position requires 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, strong computer skills, and the ability to present treatment plans. Bilingual candidates are a plus; benefits include extensive coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and costs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients through full cycle from diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last for a positive smile.
