Gentle Dental Skyline in Salem, Oregon is hiring full-time Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will communicate financial options and guide patients toward a healthy smile, coordinating care across the practice.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, strong computer skills (QSI/Denticon a plus), and experience presenting treatment plans and costs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; Denticon/QSI experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients to a happy and healthy smile through the treatment process.
