Job summary

Gentle Dental is seeking a Treatment Coordinator in Washington state who will manage patients from diagnosis through treatment acceptance, clearly communicating financial planning and options to help patients achieve a healthy smile.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, are computer literate (QSI/Denticon a plus), and are comfortable presenting treatment plans and costs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy required; knowledge of QSI/Denticon is a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients' full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options to patients.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last for a happy and healthy smile.
