Job summary

Gentle Dental Coal Creek in Newcastle, WA is hiring full-time Treatment Coordinators to manage patients’ full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance, and to communicate financial planning and options to patients based on proposed treatment.

You will guide patients from the first appointment to the final smile, while leveraging 1–2 years of front office experience and familiarity with QSI/Denticon. Comprehensive benefits and a patient‑focused team are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate, QSI/Denticon experience a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last to achieve a happy and healthy smile.
