Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through dental treatment plans, including treatment expectations, financial responsibilities, and payment options.
• Coordinate with Dental clinical and front-office teams to maintain accurate treatment information and support continuity of care.
• Verify eligibility and insurance coverage and assist with dental pre-authorizations.
• Maintain treatment review schedules and follow up to help patients move forward with recommended care.
