Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience answering high-volume phone calls.
• Strong customer service and professional communication under pressure.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Dental setting experience and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume incoming calls with prompt, courteous support.
• Accurately schedule appointments and manage cancellations.
• Verify patient eligibility and insurance including Medi-Cal, private plans, sliding scale programs, and PRC.
• Document patient interactions in the EHR and relay needs to teams.
• Conduct outreach and connect patients with dental care resources.
