Job summary

Chapa-De Indian Health is seeking a Dental Scheduling Specialist to coordinate appointments and support patients and dental teams across multiple clinics. The role offers a full-time schedule, typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with location options Auburn or Grass Valley based on candidate preference.

You will manage appointment schedules, communicate with patients, and ensure accurate scheduling in the EHR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule dental appointments to support efficient patient access and clinic operations.
• Manage appointment schedules and help maintain accurate and appropriate scheduling across Dental clinics.
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments, scheduling needs, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Dental teams across locations to resolve scheduling needs and support patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient and scheduling information in the electronic health record.
