Qualifications

• High school diploma required; business or healthcare education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in dental/healthcare/service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanations of benefits preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service with a patient focus.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on their treatment plans and oral health importance.
• Present treatment options and gain financial consent including payment plans.
• Ensure treatment plans are accurate in the system.
• Manage a productive schedule and schedule future appointments.
• Coordinate with labs to ensure case completion prior to patient appointments.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely.
