Job summary

Swish Dental in Austin, TX, is seeking a highly motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our patient-centred team. You will help manage patient flow, schedule procedures, and ensure a friendly, organized studio environment.

Work closely with clinicians to chart and code according to ADA guidelines, review insurance coverage and payment plans, and communicate clearly with patients and coworkers to deliver outstanding care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of dental experience required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and/or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
• Assist in coordinating studio patient flow and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to chart and code according to the ADA guidelines.
• Analyze and explain insurance coverage and payment plans.
• Present and schedule clinical procedures and financed treatment.
• Create and manage insurance claims and patient accounts.
• Address patient concerns regarding treatment and balances.
• Communicate with patients and coworkers clearly and efficiently.
