You’ll bridge clinical care and business needs, helping patients understand benefits and payment options with care.

The role emphasizes building trust, coordinating scheduling and payments, and supporting a fast-paced dental office while delivering excellent patient service across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Previous front office dental experience required.
• Comfort with computers and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with dental treatment plans and insurance requirements preferred.
• Experience with dental/medical practice management software a plus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sit down with patients to understand their oral health history, concerns, and goals.
• Walk patients through their treatment plan, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Help patients prioritize treatment and map out a plan for scheduling and payment.
• Build genuine trust and rapport with every patient.
• Lead financial consultations for new patients and whenever a new treatment plan is presented.
• Manage payment options and policies that uphold the practice’s financial integrity.
