Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to bridge clinical care and the business side, guiding patients through plans and payment options. You’ll educate patients on benefits and coordinate scheduling, while maintaining a warm, efficient patient experience.

Ideal candidates have front office dental experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum front office dental experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; quick to learn software.
• Knowledge of dental treatment plans and insurance preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and review health history.
• Explain treatment plans and answer questions.
• Lead financial consultations and discuss payment options.
• Manage insurance billing, posting, and claim estimates.
• Track accounts receivable and follow up on claims.
• Coordinate scheduling and travel between locations as needed.
• Assist with general office duties and patient check-in/out.
• Educate patients on dental benefits and how they apply.
