Qualifications

• Dental experience, preferably in treatment coordination.
• Dentrix software experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment planning, and financing options.
• Confident discussing treatment costs with patients.
• Team player with positivity, organization, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and help patients understand their care.
• Discuss financial options, insurance benefits, and payment arrangements.
• Follow up with patients on unscheduled treatment to help increase case acceptance.
• Work closely with the clinical and front office teams to create a great patient experience.
• Help the office achieve monthly production goals and performance targets.
• Build lasting relationships with patients through excellent communication and customer service.
