Goebel Fixture Company is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to help ensure children have a lifetime of beautiful smiles. This role blends front office duties with clinical dental assisting in a friendly, quality‑driven team environment.

The ideal candidate can present treatment plans, navigate dental insurance, multitask, and communicate with patients and staff. Travel between offices may be required. Associates degree preferred; X‑ray certification preferred or can be obtained through the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates in Business or equivalent preferred.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• X-ray certification preferred or obtainable through the Company.
• Three years of professional medical/dental customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist front desk and dental team with patient coordination.
• Present treatment plans to patients and discuss options.
• Coordinate insurance information and patient payments.
• Support a positive, patient‑focused office environment.
