Children’s Dental Care, part of the Dental Associates of Connecticut network, seeks a Treatment Coordinator / Dental Receptionist for the Brookfield location. You will greet patients, manage calls, schedule doctors and hygienists, present treatment plans, and handle financial arrangements in a friendly, family-oriented environment.

The role requires a strong work ethic, multitasking ability, and excellent customer service to ensure a smooth patient experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dental reception experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Reliable commute to Brookfield, CT.
• Ability to work evenings and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients.
• Handle high phone volume.
• Schedule appointments for doctors and hygienists.
• Act as liaison between patients and doctors.
• Enter patient treatment plans.
• Discuss treatment needs and financial arrangements.
• Estimate, collect, and post patient payments.
• Follow up on patients with unscheduled treatment.
• General office duties (printing, faxing, data entry).
