Job summary

North Creek Dental Care is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to help patients understand the doctor’s recommendations and move forward with care. You’ll present treatment plans, discuss fees and insurance options, and coordinate scheduling with empathy and clear communication.

You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow, accurate records, and timely follow-ups, continually growing your dental knowledge and patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating dental treatments and presenting plans to patients.
• Ability to explain fees, insurance benefits, and payment options clearly.
• Strong listening and communication skills to build patient trust.
• Organized and dependable with follow-through on patient conversations.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand the doctor’s recommended treatment and connect it to what matters to them.
• Explain estimated insurance benefits, patient costs, and available payment options.
• Address questions with empathy and involve the clinical team when patients need guidance.
• Coordinate appointments and help patients take the next step in their care.
• Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment to move forward.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, financial arrangements, and next steps.
• Review treatment acceptance and follow-up results with the team to identify improvement opportunities.
