Qualifications

• Previous dental front office experience required.
• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a great first impression.
• Manage scheduling, phones, check-in, and check-out.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Review treatment plans, estimates, and financial expectations.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Help keep the schedule productive and the day running smoothly.
• Partner with Dr. Northrup and the clinical team for excellent patient experience.
