Covington Family Dentistry in Covington, WA is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You will be the friendly first point of contact, manage scheduling and payments, verify insurance, review treatment plans, and coordinate care with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office experience required.
• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Dental Treatment Coordinator | Covington, WA $25–$30/hour | Full-Time Covington Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join Dr. Northrup and our team. We’re a busy, people-focused family dental practice that takes pride in providing high-quality dentistry while making patients feel comfortable, known, and cared for. We’re looking for someone who brings that same approach to the front office: friendly, organized, dependable, and confident helping patients navigate their care.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and create a great first impression

• Comfortable with dental terminology, insurance, and treatment coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Someone who enjoys working with patients and being part of a collaborative dental team
