This role involves managing sales activity, presenting high value treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing patient experience, optimizing clinic efficiency, and supporting the clinical team to deliver exceptional dental care.

Duties

• Manage daily operations of the dental office, including scheduling, billing, and patient flow
• Coordinate treatment plans with patients and ensure understanding of procedures and financial responsibilities
• Supervise production schedules
• Oversee dental records management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Facilitate communication between clinical staff and patients to improve service quality

Experience

• Proven experience in dental office management with a strong background in practice management systems like Eaglesoft
• Experience presenting treatment plans for high value cases such as cosmetic, dental implants and full arch dentistry (AKA: AO4)
• Supervisory experience overseeing administrative or clinical staff in a dental setting
• Familiarity with dental records management, HIPAA compliance, and dental terminology
• Experience in dental office settings emphasizing practice efficiency and patient care coordination is preferred
