We're looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our busy, established dental practice. If you're organized, positive, patient-focused, and have a strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment presentation, we'd love to meet you!

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Tuesday & Thursday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Friday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
• Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
• Tracking pending and incomplete treatmentsBrief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
• Presenting treatment plans
• Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
• Appointment scheduling
• Requesting records
• Patient follow ups
• Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 2 or more years dental front office experience
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
• Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
