Job summary

Elite Dental Partners is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to educate patients on their planned care, present options with financial consent, and ensure accuracy in the scheduling and billing systems. You will also coordinate with labs and manage a productive appointment calendar to support an elite patient experience.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least two years in dental or healthcare settings, knowledge of dental insurance, and proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, a degree or additional education in a business or healthcare discipline preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dental software, experience with Dentrix strongly preferred
