Job summary

ELITE DENTAL PARTNERS L is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to educate patients on their treatment options and the importance of oral health. You will present options, obtain financial consent including payment plans, and ensure plans are accurate in the system to support efficient patient care.

You will also manage a productive schedule, coordinate with labs to complete cases before appointments, and handle all administrative tasks with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in business or healthcare preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in dental/healthcare/service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and benefits preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; dental software experience preferred, especially Dentrix.

• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dental software, experience with Dentrix strongly preferred
