Job summary

Elite Dental Partners in St. Louis is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to educate patients on treatment plans, present options, and secure financial consent while maintaining accurate records and a productive schedule.

The role includes coordinating with labs, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring timely completion of cases. It offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, a degree or additional education in a business or healthcare discipline preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dental software, experience with Dentrix strongly preferred
