We are seeking a dedicated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Lightwave Dental. In this role, you will:

1. Educate, consult, and present treatment plans to patients.
2. Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
3. Verify insurance for clinical appointments.
4. Enter and review patient information in dental software to ensure accuracy.
5. Collect payments for services rendered.
6. Maintain and develop doctor and hygiene schedules.
7. Support marketing activities to attract new patients.
8. Greet and check patients in and out of the practice.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of dental software is strongly preferred.
