Michelle J. Ament DDS Bothell Family Dentistry is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing, spa-like private practice in Bothell. You will greet patients warmly, manage schedules, present treatment options, and coordinate financials while supporting a high-tech, patient-focused team.

We offer a warm environment with an adorable office dog, 401K with matching, medical benefits, PTO, and bonus opportunities. This full-time role operates Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience working in a dental office.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Reliable team player with good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Front Office: greet patients, schedule, present treatment plans and financial options, process payments, verify insurance, and coordinate visits.
• Back Office: treatment plan presentations, patient triage, sterilization support, room turnover, dental charting support.
• Be a mentorship resource for team members.

What You’ll Do:

Front Office: Warm greeting for patients-You are the first person our patients get to meet! Schedule appointments to production goals, present treatment plans and financial options, new patient intake, ask for referrals and reviews, process payments, patient communication and confirmation of visits,send statements, verify insurance, and ensure smooth office operations.

Back office: Treatment Plan Presentations, Patient triage, Sterilization support, turn over rooms, support for dental charting, and provide top-tier patient care.

Be the Ultimate Team Player: Provide mentorship to other team members

Who We’re Looking For:

A caring, detail-oriented professional with at minimum 1 year experience in a dental officeA candidate who values long-term career growth and wants to be part of a high-tech, patient-focused practice.A customer service or hospitality business background is a plus!
