Job summary

Empower Dental Group is seeking a creative Content Creator to help share our story and strengthen our brand across Southern California. This part-time role focuses on engaging patients and team members while supporting our growing network.

You will craft content that communicates our patient-centered, team-driven culture and highlights our 7 practices under a dynamic DSO leadership. Previous dental familiarity and strong communication are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental setting.
• Clinical experience in a dental office preferred.
• Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures and insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Open Dental software.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
• Knowledge of third-party financing.

Responsibilities

• Review proposed treatment plans with patients clearly and compassionately.
• Explain procedures, recovery, costs, and timing to patients.
• Emphasize benefits of proposed treatment and risks of non-treatment.
• Build rapport and trust to encourage treatment acceptance.
• Provide accurate treatment estimates based on insurance coverage and fees.
• Present and explain payment options including third-party financing.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical and administrative staff.
• Ensure all financial agreements are documented and signed.
• Track and follow up on treatment plans and payments.
• Support front desk responsibilities as needed (check-in/check-out, phones).
• Ensure proper documentation of consent and treatment plans in patient charts.
