Job summary

TetraHealth is hiring a Treatment Coordinator to drive a high‑touch, patient‑centered experience in Greenwich, CT and New York, NY. You will guide patients through treatment options, build trust, and help them move forward with life‑changing dentistry.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of consultative sales, superb communication, and strong organizational skills. You will coordinate care, present plans clearly, and partner with financing sources to maximize access to care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience.
• Experience in dental, medical, cosmetic, luxury retail, or concierge healthcare preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and influence patient decisions ethically.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements.
• Excellent computer skills and experience with cloud-based software.
• Biologic or holistic dentistry experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships and establish trust with every patient.
• Deliver an exceptional concierge-style experience from the first phone call through treatment completion.
• Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and excited about their treatment journey.
• Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and clarity.
• Educate patients on procedures, timelines, benefits, and long-term health outcomes.
• Review financial arrangements and payment options while helping patients find solutions that fit their needs.
• Work closely with third-party financing companies to maximize patient access to care.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and practice treatment acceptance goals.
• Coordinate all phases of treatment from consultation through completion.
• Schedule appointments efficiently while optimizing provider schedules.
• Proactively follow up on pending treatment and unscheduled care.
• Maintain excellent communication throughout each patient's journey.
• Serve as the liaison between doctors, clinical team, and administrative staff.
• Maintain accurate treatment plans, financial records, and documentation.
• Monitor KPIs, pending treatment, and case acceptance metrics.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall practice growth.
