Job summary

Adver.info on the Upper West Side of Manhattan is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our private practice. You will connect with patients, present treatment plans, and help convert recommendations into scheduled appointments.

You will discuss treatment fees, insurance benefits, financing options, and follow up to increase case acceptance. Build strong patient relationships and work closely with the dentist and front desk to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Confident discussing financial arrangements and presenting high-value treatment.
• Friendly, warm, persuasive, and professional personality.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Strong understanding of out-of-network PPO insurance benefits, reimbursement, and patient financial responsibility.
• Experience with Dentrix is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Help patients understand the value and importance of recommended dental care.
• Discuss treatment fees, insurance benefits, and financing options.
• Follow up with patients on unscheduled treatment and help increase case acceptance.
• Build strong relationships with patients and create an exceptional patient experience.
• Work closely with the dentist and front desk team to ensure smooth coordination of care.
• Maintain organized treatment follow-up records and track outstanding treatment opportunities.
