Job summary

ClearCorrect Inc is seeking a Territory Manager to drive dental product sales across a defined NJ territory. You will build relationships with practices, drive case production, and support initial case submissions while meeting sales targets with minimal supervision.

The role requires existing connections in the dental provider network, strong customer-success orientation, and willingness to travel frequently for regional and national events. Base plus commission applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 3+ years outside sales, account management or clinical experience in the dental field.
• Must possess a valid, unencumbered Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel as required (0-80%).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth within a defined dental territory by expanding existing accounts and pursuing prospects.
• Act as strategic partner to customers to help achieve their growth goals with ClearCorrect and Straumann products.
• Meet or exceed new business targets and contribute to territory plans and forecasts.
• Attend events and support product launches; develop study clubs and customer relationships.
• Log activities in CRM and collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns.
