Job summary

Crown World is seeking a field sales professional in New Jersey to solicit dental offices, generate new business, and maintain strong customer relationships across a broad geographic territory.

The role requires at least one year in field sales, a valid driver\'s license, and up to 90% travel. You will manage products, pricing, and promotions with a focus on growth and retention, supported by a generous uncapped bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales; dental sales preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license and be able to travel up to 90%.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Solicits dental offices in-person to generate new business in assigned geographic territory from lead list.
• Maintains high prospecting activity to meet daily, weekly and monthly KPI.
• Networks with existing customers to cross-sell and upsell products; relays feedback to lab.
• Builds and maintains strong customer relationships to support retention and growth.
• Keeps knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions up to date to present solutions.
• Prepares and maintains sample boxes and marketing materials for distribution.
• Picks up and delivers dental cases as needed or with sales calls.
