Job summary

Dentsply Sirona Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for Essential Dentistry to promote and sell our dental products to practices across North Carolina. You will build relationships with clinicians, present product demonstrations, and achieve sales targets while maintaining CRM records.

The role requires a hunter mindset, excellent communication, and willingness to travel within the territory. Bachelor’s degree is preferred; 1+ year in B2B sales is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1+ years of proven success in business-to-business sales.
• Strong hunter mindset with the ability to independently build and manage a pipeline.
• High level of maturity and professionalism—able to represent the company confidently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells dental products and services to dental practices.
