Job summary

La Clinica Del Valle is seeking a Dental Team Lead in Medford, OR to supervise Dental Assistants and PSRs, train staff, and coordinate daily dental operations. The Team Lead will mentor team members, support scheduling, and bridge communication between front-office and providers.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of medical/dental office experience.
• Experience supervising staff in a dental setting preferred.
• Ability to use electronic health records (EPIC, EagleSoft, Dentrix/Open Dental).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to PSRs and Dental Assistants.
• Lead side-by-side training and real-time coaching.
• Coordinate front-desk and clinical workflows for efficiency.
• Monitor patient flow and reduce wait times.
• Enforce OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager to address issues.
