Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support; answer calls; update accounts; input notes in GCM.
• Communicate with customers, colleagues, dental technicians and managers promptly.
• Follow customer service policies and call center standards.
• Use technical knowledge to make decisions and support goals.
• Assist customers in problem solving, planning and execution of goals.
• Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction.
• Advise doctors on product selection.
• Make outbound calls on cases needing assistance.
• Maintain professional relationships with dental staff and managers.
• Follow up on doctors’ specific requests.
• Seek manager input when needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
