Job summary

Hiossen in Ridgefield Park, NJ seeks a Social Media Growth & Content Specialist to drive audience growth and shape educational content across platforms. You will lead on-site filming with dental professionals, direct content calendars, and edit short-form videos for Reels/Shorts while coordinating with the design team.

You will also run paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, optimize ad performance, and analyze results with GA4 and UTMs, traveling up to 30% for events and shoots.

Qualifications

• Experience growing a brand or creator account with measurable results
• Portfolio with self-shot and edited video work
• 2–4 years in social media, content marketing, or paid social
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and GA4
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and short-form video editing

Responsibilities

• Grow the audience on dental-focused platforms by ~40% and report growth monthly
• Direct content direction for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, managing the content calendar
• Film on-site at partner practices and coordinate doctors and KOLs
• Edit footage into short-form videos and brief design team on visuals
• Run paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, manage budgets, and optimize CPL/CPA/ROAS
• Analyze social traffic with GA4 and UTMs and deliver monthly reports
