Job summary

ZenOne is building the operating system for independent dental practices and seeks a Media & Content Lead to grow its content operation from the ground up. You will document, explain, and extract lessons from dental practice stories, producing long-form and short-form content across YouTube, Shorts, Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and newsletters.

You’ll edit and publish content, plan shoots with videographers, manage an editorial calendar, and help scale the team as the program expands.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video.
• Deep familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and modern content formats.
• Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, storytelling, captions, and audience retention.
• Ability to edit fast, not just beautifully.
• Ability to look through messy raw footage and find the story inside it.
• Strong creative instincts and the ability to generate ideas.

Responsibilities

• Help define ZenOne’s overall content and media strategy.
• Edit short-form video quickly and consistently.
• Turn interviews, customer visits, webinars, events, and long-form conversations into content.
• Identify hooks, stories, lessons, and moments inside raw footage.
• Create and adapt content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Own and manage the editorial calendar and publishing schedule across platforms.
• Help organize and produce webinars and educational programming.
• Rethink dental webinars for a YouTube-native world.
• Track content performance and use data to improve what we create.
• Over time, hire and manage additional editors, videographers, and creators.
