Hiossen in Ridgefield Park, NJ is seeking a Social Media Growth & Content Specialist to drive audience growth, manage content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and collaborate with dental professionals.

You will shoot and edit video, work with AI tools to accelerate copy and reporting, and run paid campaigns while traveling up to 30% for events and on-site collaborations.

Formación

• Proven record of growing a brand or creator account with analytics to share.
• Portfolio includes video you shot and edited yourself.
• 2–4 years in social media, content marketing, or paid social.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and GA4.
• Daily use of AI tools for copywriting, editing, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to host key stakeholders on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• Valid driver’s license and travel up to 30% (evenings/weekends).

Responsabilidades

• Grow the audience (~40%) and track monthly metrics for followers, reach, and engagement.
• Direct content direction for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube; manage calendar.
• Film on-site at practices and events; coordinate doctors and KOLs; brief production team.
• Edit footage into short-form video; brief design team on graphics and carousels.
• Use AI tools to speed up copy, editing, and reporting; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Run paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn; manage budgets, A/B tests, and targeting.
• Analyze data using GA4/UTMs; deliver structured monthly reports.
