Qualifications

• A relevant college degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, management, dentistry, or another area of dental operations is preferred.
• Three to five years of experience working in a dental setting is preferred.
• Clinical or dental-practice-management experience is preferred.
• Dental registration or Dental Billing and Coding certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory compliance and HRSA reporting requirements with accurate documentation and data collection.
• Oversee patient scheduling, access, and flow to improve efficiency and patient experience.
• Maintain readiness for OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, and state requirements; ensure staff training and policies are up to date.
• Lead coordination between dental site staff, Oral Health Practice Administrator, and leadership.
• Manage daily site operations, workflows, and equipment to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality care.
