Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental front desk or treatment coordinator experience.
• Proficient use of Open Dental and clear treatment presentation to patients.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication required.
• Strong knowledge of PPO, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and patient financials.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient check-in/check-out and high-volume calls.
• Strategically schedule to maintain provider productivity.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; collect co-pays and payments.
• Present treatment plans and explain coverage and patient liabilities.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate patient records.
