The ideal candidate has a friendly, professional demeanor and basic office skills; previous dental experience is a plus but not required. Full-time, hours Monday–Friday across West Chester, Kennett Square, and Wayne, PA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides concierge level customer service to patients, referrals and team members; schedules appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time; prepares daily provider schedules and patient charts; manages patient flow and maintains a professional front desk.
