Children's Dental Specialists & Adult Dentistry - Chester is seeking a dependable Dental Scheduling & Treatment Coordinator to support our Warren and Chester, NJ practices. You will coordinate patient care, optimize schedules, and present treatment plans with financial options for patients and families.

The role requires organizing and proactive communication, with responsibility across two locations. Travel between Warren and Chester offices is expected as needed to maintain smooth operations

Qualifications

• Dental front office, scheduling, or treatment coordination experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of dental scheduling, insurance verification, and patient coordination.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel between Warren and Chester offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize provider and hygiene schedules to maximize productivity and patient access.
• Schedule new and existing patients while maintaining an efficient daily flow.
• Present treatment plans and review financial options with patients and parents.
• Follow up on unscheduled and pending treatment to support case acceptance.
• Coordinate pediatric, general dentistry, and specialty appointments.
• Verify insurance information and help patients understand their benefits and coverage.
• Monitor schedule openings, cancellations, and opportunities to improve patient access.
• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Confirm appointments and assist with recall and reactivation efforts.
• Collect patient balances and discuss financial arrangements confidently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, clinical team members, and office leadership.
• Provide front-office coverage and support between the Warren and Chester locations as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency, workflow, and the overall patient experience.
