Job summary

Carestream Dental is seeking an Account Executive to join our San Jose sales team. You will drive Dental Imaging Equipment and Practice Management Solutions sales for all specialties, with a base salary plus uncapped commission and accelerators for overachievement. Expect a dynamic, high-earning environment with strong benefits.

You will own the customer relationship, work with cross-functional teams, travel as needed, and participate in trade shows and dental meetings to grow market share.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct outside sales in dental/medical equipment or software.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience; dental tech background a plus.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays; proven quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory and exceed quotas in the San Jose region.
• Aggressively prospect and close new business with short sales cycles.
• Develop deep understanding of Carestream Dental solutions.
• Collaborate with management and inside sales, and channel partners.
• Prepare complex pricing quotes and negotiate outcomes.
