Hiossen Implant is seeking a Dental Sales Branch Manager in Sacramento, CA to lead branch operations, drive sales growth, and ensure high levels of client service. The role will coordinate with management, train reps, and manage dentist seminars while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

The ideal candidate has extensive outside sales experience in dental implants, strong leadership and analytics skills, and a proven ability to motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as Branch sales reps in outside sales environment.
• General understanding of Implant products and branch sales management concepts.
• Advanced territory and people management skills for trend reporting and leadership.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and decisions making.

Responsabilités

• Maintain communication with management; prepare reports on operations and productivity.
• Conduct sales calls to achieve quotas and guide customers in product use and surgery setup.
• Promote seminars; recruit dentists and professionals for events.
• Monitor branch performance: sales, transactions, inventory, and trends.
• Train and motivate branch sales reps; supervise and evaluate performance.
