Ideal candidates have 3+ years in healthcare sales or dental marketing, strong communication, and familiarity with practice-management software and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in dental treatment coordination, healthcare sales, dental marketing, or related patient-facing role preferred.
• Experience presenting high-value or complex treatment plans strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of restorative dentistry, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, or full-mouth reconstruction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary patient contact throughout the consultation and treatment-acceptance process.
• Build trust with patients considering extensive restorative, implant, cosmetic, and full-mouth reconstruction treatment.
• Conduct patient consultations and present treatment recommendations as prescribed by the dentist.
• Clearly explain treatment phases, timelines, fees, scheduling requirements, and available financial options.
• Coordinate financing applications, payment arrangements, and required deposits per practice policies.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with patients who have not yet scheduled or accepted treatment.
• Track outstanding treatment plans and maintain an organized follow-up pipeline.
• Coordinate appointments between patient, clinical team, dental lab, specialists, and external providers when applicable.
• Protect patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
