Shared Practices Group is seeking a Practice Operations Manager to lead a dental practice as a business owner, driving daily performance, coaching staff, and owning the patient experience from initial contact to final outcome.

The role blends sales strategy, performance coaching, and operations leadership, with responsibility for monthly revenue targets and compliance across the practice. In-office, growth-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or sales-focused experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and coach performance.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Own the daily pacing sheet to track daily collections and goals.
• Monitor monthly accounts payable and identify production gaps.
• Partner with Smile Consultant to plan callbacks and set targets.
• Drive upgrade opportunities and coach consult strategies.
• Lead morning huddles with a sales lens and maintain accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure patient satisfaction.
