Jimmy Jazz in Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy dental practice. You will manage scheduling, patient records, billing, and front/back office workflow with a focus on service and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in dental practice management, strong leadership, and knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations. You’ll lead a team of dental staff and maintain a welcoming patient experience while upholding compliance and quality

• Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations and changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the dental practice, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
• Lead a team of dental professionals, including dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff, and contribute to a culture that is positive while holding others accountable.
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the practice.
• Manage all billing and financial matters, including practice budget, analyzing and interpreting financial data and achieving KPI’s.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients, including handling customer service issues and complaints.
