As a hands-on operator, you will travel to practices, set quarterly plans, monitor KPIs, develop leaders, and drive alignment across locations to deliver consistent clinical and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience driving performance through KPIs, scorecards, and strategic planning
  
• Demonstrated success in growth, expansion, or practice integration environments (highly preferred)
  
• A hands-on, self-starter mindset with the ability to operate effectively in evolving environments
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
