Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or business development or referral outreach.

• Comfortable telephone outreach and face-to-face visits.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to learn CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable local transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with dentists and refering offices and promote the practice.
• Conduct regular visits and referral calls to grow patient referrals.
• Track referral activity and prepare reports for leadership.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional events.
• Provide occasional front-office support as needed.
