Job summary

Desort seeks a driven Business Development Representative to expand our dental recruitment services. This 100% remote, commission-based role targets dental practices across the U.S., reaching owners and decision-makers to open new client relationships.

You will prospect, qualify needs, and convert opportunities into recruitment contracts, collaborating with our recruiting team once a client is engaged. Strong communication and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, recruiting, staffing, or client acquisition.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Persistent and capable of consistent follow-up.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, email, CRM and prospecting tools.
• Recruitment/staffing sales experience is highly preferred.
• Dental industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect dental practices nationwide and identify new business opportunities.
• Reach practice owners, office managers, HR leaders, and hiring decision-makers.
• Cold call, email, use LinkedIn, and conduct outbound outreach.
• Introduce and sell Desort's recruitment services.
• Identify current or upcoming hiring needs.
• Convert prospects into new clients and recruitment contracts.
• Maintain follow-up and manage sales pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with dental practices.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team once a client search begins.
